This Role Is For You If...
You don't just make things pretty. You make things that perform.
You know the difference between a graphic that looks nice and one that stops the scroll. You've done this before and you're ready to do it at a higher level.
You'll design for eCommerce, coaching, and lead gen brands running real Meta ad budgets. Your work gets tested and measured every day. When something you made crushes it, you'll know.
We move fast and deadlines are real. If you say it's done by Friday, it's done by Friday. We need someone who's creative AND reliable.
Creative Freedom
You'll have real input on creative direction. Pitch ideas, test concepts, push boundaries. No pixel-pushing factory work.
AI-Powered Workflow
We use cutting-edge AI tools to speed up production. You'll learn and use tools most designers haven't even heard of yet.
Fully Remote
Work from anywhere. We need 4 overlap hours (8 AM to 12 PM EST) for team calls. The rest is flexible.

Creative is the core of our results. We don't make ads that just look good. We make ads that stop the scroll, convert, and scale. Speed and quality aren't a tradeoff here. We expect both.
What You'll Do
- • Design high-converting statics, carousels, and animations for Meta and Google
- • Edit UGC footage into polished, performance-ready video ads
- • Work from detailed creative briefs and manage multiple client brands
- • Adapt top-performing concepts into new variations for testing
- • Resize and reformat assets for different placements (feed, story, reel, display)
- • Participate in creative review rounds and implement feedback efficiently
- • Maintain brand consistency across all client accounts
- • Stay current on ad creative trends across Meta and Google
This Will Be For You If
- • You have hands-on experience designing paid ad creatives
- • Your portfolio shows work built to convert, not just look pretty
- • You're fluent in Adobe Suite, Figma, CapCut, or similar
- • You can handle multiple clients and brand guidelines at once
- • You actively use AI tools or are building that skill now
- • You're a fast executor who still cares about the details
- • You want to see your work actually perform, not disappear
- • You're fully committed. This is a full-time role, not a side gig.
