Here, you'd be the go-to person for a focused portfolio of US-based clients running serious ad budgets. You'd run the calls, work with our media buying and creative teams, and report directly to the founder.

This is not a "smile and reassure" role. It's a client-trust role. You'll lead calls, translate performance into clear updates, handle pressure calmly, and make sure clients feel confident about what's happening and what's next.
What You'll Do
- • Own client communication and calls for your book of accounts
- • Run weekly or bi-weekly calls with clear structure and next steps
- • Translate performance into honest, clear client updates
- • When performance dips: explain calmly with facts, push internally for fixes
- • Keep timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups clean and tracked
- • Spot upsell and expansion opportunities and flag them
- • Collect testimonials and positive feedback at the right moments
This Will Be For You If
- • You have 3+ years in account management or client success
- • You're native or fully fluent in English, comfortable leading calls
- • You're calm under pressure and don't take client stress personally
- • You're organized, detail-oriented, and move fast on what matters
- • You don't overpromise to make clients happy. You align internally first.
- • You're curious about paid ads and want to learn Meta/Google fundamentals
- • You can handle 15-20 clients without dropping quality

- • You tend to procrastinate or take too long on time-sensitive issues
- • You leave client questions unanswered or avoid uncomfortable conversations
- • You make commitments to clients without internal approval
- • You're not interested in learning how paid ads and delivery works
- • You need constant supervision to stay organized
